Many visitors to FlyCheap.com may be buying airline tickets online for the first time. Informing them how the search and booking processes work is crucial to building their trustand winning their business.

How do I book a flight?
It's easy. Just tell us where you want to fly to and when you want to go and we'll find the fare that's right for you. To complete your search and to purchase your tickets you will need to register, giving us details of your address and your credit card. You can choose which flight option is most suitable and pay for the ticket using a credit card issued by a US bank. If you prefer, you can call 1-800-FLY-CHEAP to book your tickets with one of our agents but please remember, some of our tickets sell out very fast. By the time you call our agents the fare you have chosen may no longer be available.
How will my tickets be delivered?
We offer two ways to deliver tickets - E-Service and via an expedited mail service. Since E-Service or electronic ticketing is the most convenient and expeditious service available, we will always try to offer it as the preferred ticket delivery method. It is important to note that while many airlines offer electronic ticketing it may not be available for every flight or type of fare. You may of course choose to have your tickets sent to you via mail if you do not want to use the electronic ticket service. If electronic ticketing is not available or you choose not to use it, depending on your travel date your tickets will be sent either UPS, Fed-Ex - and will require a signature or Priority Mail through the US Post Office.
When will I get my tickets?
The ticket delivery will depend on your travel date. If you are traveling within seven days, we will send them out next day air. If you are traveling more than seven days after booking we will send them Priority Mail and you will receive them within seven days.
Can I have my tickets delivered to a different address?
Yes, although you need to have the alternative address added to your credit card billing information with your credit card company before we can ship there. You must do this before making a reservation.
Can I only pay by credit card?
We do require credit card payment for Internet bookings. If you wish to use another payment method please call 1-800-FLYINTERNET to book your reservation.
Does the passenger name and credit card holder's name need to match?
No they do not if your tickets are to be mailed to you, but the address does need to match the credit card holder's billing address. If you use the electronic ticketing service, then at least one passenger name must match the name of the credit card holder. |
